I worked with both Peter and Merle. They were incredibly helpful and amenable to my crazy schedule and situation (I was living out of state at the time). They were excellent about giving me recommendations and showed me places I requested to see but they didn't think I'd like (and they were usually right). They were also great about helping find other resources: mortgage lender, attorney, locksmith, etc. I highly recommend them!

We signed with Merle and Peter on Feb. 12, 2016. Two offers came in over Easter weekend. Many showings, much marketing and just great PR overall is the trademark of Merle and Peter.
